Service Description

Nicole is a classically trained chef with years of experience in the health field working with clients to help them find a passion for healthy eating. Nicole works with allied health professionals, nutritionists, naturopaths and more to align your mind to be able to shop with ease without the confusion, how to read labels, cut through the marketing hype, stick to your health goals, and to have fun doing it! Travel costs may be added to the fee. Please note: The initial consultation will require a an initial assessment form to be completed, once you have booked your session, the link will be emailed to you to complete prior to your session with Nicole.
